2. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payments must be made in full at checkout using approved payment methods (Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, etc.).

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to payment issues or suspicious activity.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver within  Greater Accra.

  • Delivery typically takes [ 1 business day] after order confirmation.

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Perfumes: Due to hygiene reasons, perfumes cannot be returned once opened.

  • Wigs: Wigs can be exchanged within 3 days if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

  • No refunds are issued—only exchanges/store credit where applicable.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

  • You agree not to misuse the site or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Privacy Policy

  • All personal information provided is kept secure and used only for order processing and customer communication.

  • We do not share your data with third parties without consent.
